Technical Retail Sales

Installation Crew Lead – Fireplaces (wood & pellet)
As a wood & pellet installer, you will report to the Service Manager and be responsible for installing and troubleshooting wood & pellet appliances. The ideal candidate is prepared to follow the Friendly Fire’s standard Operating Procedures with respect to installation and service, is used to leaving areas cleaner than before the installation is performed, and is able to communicate clearly with customers. Installation Crew Apprentice
As an Installation Crew Apprentice, you will be responsible in assisting the Crew Lead in ensuring safe, efficient and high quality installations. You will also be expected to learn and develop your skills in order to become a Crew Lead at a later date. You will follow the direction of and assist the Crew Lead in all aspects of installations. You will refer to manufacturer’s manuals, technical schematics and all applicable building codes. The ideal candidate has a G2 or G3 gas fitters license (or WETT certified), is comfortable working outside, on roofs and in all types of weather, has good reading/writing skills and excellent customer service skills and must be able to lift heavy objects.
