It is rare that I send a letter giving praise. In the last few years it seems that everything that I purchase is defective or there is a problem with the delivery or installation.
On Wednesday two of your men came to my house and did a perfect job of installing our new gas fireplace. From the moment they got there they displayed great manners, sense of humour, care for our home and pride in their work. They bored through our foundation and stone and left practically no dust. When they left there was not a scrap of packaging or anything out of place.
Last year we purchased a Primo BBQ from you and it was the same situation.
My wife and I will be happy to recommend you to any family, friends or clients of my real-estate business or my wife’s financial planning practice.
Well, I can’t wait for fall comfort foods. I continue to enjoy experimenting with my oven. I wish I would take the time to capture everything that comes out of there, but too busy enjoying the process and everyone’s reaction. I have even cooked steak directly on the coals using a baking rack and bread is to die for…sending a few pics.

We had a challenging time this winter with our pellet stove… something was just not right. It kept going out.
Friendly Fires researched many angles to discover the root cause. We persisted in reporting it was not going well. Invariably when the service technician was at our home, the stove went well, then the next day, the same problem recurred. We reached out to the manager with our story of frustration. Within 2 days all was miraculously sorted and our stove has kept us warm ever since. The team at FF were patient, understanding and dedicated to problem solve until we were satisfied. That level of service is rare these days. Thank you all.

Last winter we were very glad of the pellet stove you installed for us a few years ago. It was REALLY put to work and trimmed our Hydro bill to half of that of some of our neighbours!
Last week, it was serviced by Duncan and Gilles. We have nothing but praise for both of them.
Duncan and Gilles arrived on time and were cheerful and friendly as usual. They were also very nice to the cat, who insisted on trying to help them.
They were scrupulous in keeping mess under control, meticulous in their work and always ready to answer my questions.

As a follow-up to your courtesy call after my service appointment, I would just like to comment on my experience with Friendly Fires.
First I must say, it was my good fortune to have run into you Duane. And to have met your terrific Technician, Kyle, who was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and got the job done (where many had failed before him)! I also had conversations with Andrea and Jason who were both very nice, professional and patient!
As you are aware, unfortunately I purchased my Valor Fireplace from another store (my misfortune, I thought I was out of your servicing area.)
I dealt with the owner for three and a half years (it was not pleasant). There were many costly service calls, a ton of excuses why the fireplace kept going off (obviously none of them were valid). All I wanted was my brand new fireplace, which they installed, to work. (In my opinion, it was not installed properly from the get go.) They just were NOT QUALIFIED to do the job.
In comes FRIENDLY FIRES TO THE RESCUE. Once again, I must say how knowledgeable your technician was. Kyle knew his product and got the job done!!
You can be 100% assured that I will be recommending Friendly Fires to everyone I know (and to do themselves a favour, stay away from the competition!!!!)
