I Installed this M55 new in 2012 (1800 sq ft Ontario Canada). Handles multiple grades of wood pellets easily by varying the fuel feed rate and the combustion air setting from the control panel. On occasion one has to empty the pellet hopper and vac out the pellet dust and fines if you are using pellets that crumble. Glass window will eventually start to have deposits along the top edge if burning for multiple days on the lowest setting but will clear by firing on HI for an hour. Loud room air circulation fan was replaced under warranty with upgraded unit. Recently replaced the igniter and the exhaust temperature sensor….easy fix. The pellet stirrer in the burn pot will eventually wear out but is also a quick replacement. Overall am very pleased with the unit.
