He is always willing to take time to give a thorough explanation of a newly installed stove.  Duncan graduated from the Robotics Automation & Instrumentation program at St. Lawrence College.  His formal education combined with practical experience gained working in the construction industry make Duncan a competent and well rounded installation & service technician.   In his spare time Duncan loves to spend time at the cottage with his wife Amy and his young children Alyssa & Alex.
