Jordan Logan
Jordan was born and raised in the Greater Ottawa Region. After a brief stay in British Columbia skiing, he moved back home and began selling Grills, Smokers and anything BBQ related. This is when his personal BBQ collection began. Then after 11 years, he expanded his horizons and began selling Fireplaces and Patio furniture in Ottawa. His collection of BBQs expanded greatly. After 20 years in the industry, Jordan joined the team in Carleton Place and he has not looked back. He now lives between Smiths Falls and Carleton Place with his son Ethan. If you drop by the Carleton Place location, ask Jordan how many grills he now owns (rumour has it, he just purchased number 12!).

She is very excited to be a part of the Friendly Fires family and when she is not looking after our customers, she is looking after her dance students who want to learn the Moves Like Jagar. She is a dance instructor with her husband (Randy) of twenty years. She also loves to get her hands dirty in the garden and loves going to the mall with her daughter, Taylor. She also has a fur family ….Shania (the dog) along with Lilo & Stitch (the cats) and the smallest member of her fur family is Sierra the lop-eared rabbit. Sure hope Taylor doesn’t bring home any more animals…

Hayley Doyle
Hayley traveled all the way from Edinburgh (in Scotland) to work at Friendly Fires. Well, not really… but close. She previously worked for the British Government in the Department of Employment and on arrival in Canada worked as a children’s nanny for 4 years. After that, Hayley got into the world of retail (12 years in retail management). Hayley has worked for Friendly Fires for 15 years(!!) and heats her home with a pellet stove and a wood stove. Our resident female BBQ expert, Hayley enjoys BBQing on her propane BBQ as well as her charcoal kamado for her husband of 27 years and her incredible son. Her personal interests include writing, genealogy, cooking, reading and collecting cats…real ones! As for personal interests, she is a fan of the Ottawa Senators Fan (sorry Toronto fans), St. Helens Rugby League, music (except rap or hip hop), movies, spending time with family – but is not a big fan of reality TV (what the h is honey boo boo?).
