BBQ Thanksgiving Turkey Recipes

It’s hard to believe the summer has past already, but with the coming of the cooler weather also comes time to celebrate the good things in life with friends and family, and to decide how to do the Thanksgiving turkey!

Many families have a traditional recipe that’s passed down over the generations, others continuously experiment with new variations year after year. Unsurprisingly, we at Friendly Fires are big fans of Turkey done on the grill. For those of you who’ve never tried, we recommend it highly!

Lemon & Spatchcock Turkey
