Friendly Fires has a full time staff of professionally trained and licensed technicians. Due to the complexities and variations of the different fireplace models it is not possible to carry all of the parts required for every service. Manufacturers and Part Suppliers also do not provide a 24/7 response and often back order product. For this reason we do not have a 24/7 service department.
We stand behind our products and do our best to respond to all service calls as quickly as we can. We recommend that you take advantage of our off season maintenance discount of 10% between April 1st and Aug 30th each year as a preventative step to ensure your fireplace is keeping you warm when it is cold outside.
We are very sorry, but due to the high volume of Service requests, we are not able to provide service to NEW customers at this time. We anticipate this changing in the new year. We will continue to provide the service and maintenance to our existing customers.
