TSSA (Technical Standards & Safety Authority) created its Safety Awards program in 2015 as a way to formally acknowledge those individuals and organizations who work in regulated sectors – fuels, elevating and amusements devices, boilers and pressure vessels, operating engineers, ski lifts, and upholstered and stuffed articles – and have made significant contributions to public safety in Ontario.
