In order to help us serve you better there is some important information that you will need.
Typically the Make, Model, and Serial number of your Fireplace, Stove, or Insert are required for us to ensure that you are getting the correct replacement parts.
This page should help you figure out where to find this information on your wood burning appliance.
The single best way to ensure you are ordering the correct part is to refer to your owner’s manual.
If you can’t locate your manual, you can search online for it or contact the manufacturer of your appliance.
Typically, the exploded parts view is at the end of the manual and will list all parts.
As a general rule, parts are NOT universal so you need to order the specific part for your fireplace – as these change year to year and manufacturer to manufacturer.
Part number are also updated quite often, so the part number in your manual may not match the manufacturer’s current part number.
We try to keep all part numbers updated on our website.
It can be very confusing!
Your wood stove, fireplace or insert has a rating label on it. Wood stoves have it at the rear, fireplaces typically in the louver area whereas wood inserts its typically behind the flashing.
This rating label will have the make, model and serial number of your fireplace. These three pieces of information are very important in knowing what fireplace you own and ensuring the correct part get ordered.
Once you have the information you can download your owner’s manual and look for the exploded parts view for the proper part number.
