Just a quick note to say how pleased we were with the fireplace renovation. When we first spoke I did not think it possible to have the room we have now. My wife loves the fireplace and as you see by the picture, the finishing turned out great. What a change from a boring blank wall. As for your crew, they showed up when promised, did a great job and left the place as clean as they found it.
We will definitely recommend Friendly Fires to any friends or family in the market for a fireplace.

I just wanted to let you know that I picked up the replacement part for our wood stove from your Cobourg location today. I know this wasn’t an easy part to get and I appreciate your efforts.
Installation took about 10 minutes and the new part has a modification that will prevent ash from clogging the main air outlet so we’ll probably get better performance from the stove.
Everyone at Friendly Fires has been a pleasure to deal with and I will most definitely be a return customer.

I recently hired Friendly Fires to install a fireplace in the downstairs of my new home. They did an excellent job in explaining all my options, keeping the price competitive and providing ideas and suggestions about possible designs. Dan and all the staff who completed the order and the installation were very accommodating and always available to answer my questions. Not having a good understanding on the fireplace and necessary components and considerations, I really appreciated such an informed and responsive team. As well, the workmanship was great. Ultimately, I now have a beautiful fireplace that has become the focal point of our downstairs family room that heats it perfectly.
Linda and I are really enjoying the fireplace…thanks again.

Better late than never!
