Winter is so much better with the warmth of our Pacific Energy.  I have to thank you for the quick installation.   I was quite overwhelmed when we discovered it wasn’t going to be an in and out insert.  With the compliance issues what I thought was simple turned into a complete re-configuration however you made it seem simple when you got started.   Your installation guys are second to none.   I couldn’t believe how they covered the floors and everything around them so when they left there wasn’t any mess.   They were very patient with all of my questions…and changes and the outcome was stunning.   I couldn’t believe the selection of colours for the Pacific Energy and the grey is beautiful with the stone tile surrounding it  Most of all though we have hardly had our furnace running this year.  It was a great experience dealing with you, your company and your staff.   If we ever need any type of stove again we won’t waste our time shopping around, we will go straight to you.   Thank you so much.   Carl and Mary Beth, Bancroft, ON

I want to comment on the amazing two young men who made the most recent service call. We did not get their names but your company will know who they are. This is the second service call we’ve needed to get some consistency going with our gas stove. These two men took the time; gave us total explanations as to where and why the remote could/should be placed in the room and stayed to be sure the temperature showing was what it should be. We couldn’t have been more pleased and satisfied.

Since I’m on the subject of service calls I would also like to applaud the two men who serviced our stove this past summer (cleaning/checking etc,).

Again these people were the second visit to do this particular job and they were amazing and truly accommodating.

We highly recommend these particular people “are keepers”.

We are new to the area and this is our first time purchasing a wood stove and gas fireplace. We always do a fair amount of research before a large purchase or renovation project.
We had cut down some large trees, and wanted to use the wood to supplement our heating costs. We also had a new gas service installed.
We were referred to Friendly Fires in Kingston. Their showroom has a large selection of high quality products to choose from. On our first visit we met Curtis who was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. He also asked the right questions, to offer the best selection of products for us to choose from. When Curtis was off, Brad and Steve, were able to seamlessly provide the same level of quality customer service. The delivery was arranged. The delivery guys, Gilles and Colin, were super nice, careful with our product and the house. They called half an hour before the delivery and arrived on time. They had a power lift to maneuver the 500 lb Pacific Energy Alderlea Cast Iron wood stove into the basement, no problem. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but this company was worth the effort to do so, as they consistently provided great service from the time we walked through the front door. I will continue to do business with them and refer them to others.

Can’t wait to burn some wood this winter.
