These are genuine replacement parts for the BDM  Chim-A-Lator Lock Top Dampers . These parts ship new in their original packaging, it is not an aftermarket equivalent.

Descriptions

  • Lock Top Handle: Replacement Handle for the Chim-A-Lator Lock Top Dampers.  You may need to replace the handle if it is damaged or broken.  This handle may fit other chimney lock top damper systems as well (look at picture)
  • Lock Top Regulator: Replacement Regulator for the Chim-A-Lator Lock Top Dampers. You may need to replace the regulator if it is damaged or broken. This regulator may be also a universal fit for other systems (please compare picture prior to ordering)
