This is the OEM BIS Door Latch and Hardware replacement for select BIS wood fireplaces (see applicable models below). This is a genuine replacement part that will ship new in its original packaging, it is not an aftermarket copy. Please see below for important information regarding brand names.

Product Description: This the door latch and hardware for many wood fireplaces known under multiple brand names.  Please check your manual to ensure its the correct part number.

Applicable Models

• Security BIS Tradition
• Astria Montecito Estate  (Not compatible with Montecito – see below)

Important: There are two Montecito fireplaces. One is simply called the Montecito; the other is called the Montecito Estate. This kit IS NOT compatible with the Montecito – it is only compatible with the Montecito Estate. If you have the Montecito – please see here for the compatible door latch kit.

BIS fireplaces are known under many different brand names, including:

• Lennox Fireplaces
• Astria Fireplaces
• IHP Fireplaces
• Superior Fireplaces

Some model names remained the same under the different brand names, whereas some changed (for example Montecito Estate and Security BIS Tradition).  Its confusing.  Please cross reference the part you require by part number instead of by model name.
