This is the official replacement OEM bottom refractory for the Bis II (Bis 2) fireplace.  This is a genuine factory replacement part new in original packaging.  Also referred to as Security, Lennox, as well as Astria Bis 2 fireplaces.

Product Description: Bis 2 bottom refractory brick.

Important Note: This is the bottom refractory for the BIS 2 wood burning fireplace.  Make sure you have the fire in the fireplace completely out and the entire firebox is cold before replacing parts in the firebox.  You may need to vacuum out the firebox prior to installing a new refractory.

Shipping Note: Replacement firebricks are heavy and can be damaged in shipping.  We do our best to package the bricks, but hairline cracks can be present once they arrive.  There is nothing we can do to avoid this unfortunately.  Please note – hairline cracks in firebricks are perfectly safe – only if there are chunks missing will Friendly Fires replace the brick under shipping warranty.
