This is the official OEM replacement door gasket kit for the Security Bis Panorama Wood Fireplace (also known as Lennox Villa Vista.  This is the genuine replacement door gasket kit from Security fireplaces (this is not an after-market copy).

PLEASE NOTE: The original gasket (PR-SR1823D) was discontinued in 2024 and replaced with this new gasket. It is 3/4″ rope gasket and it is 10′ long. It may not be a perfect fit as IHP (company who owns BIS/Astria/Lennox etc) is using this gasket to fit several models. It will still work as intended, but there may be excess gasket left over that will need to be cut. Gasket cement IS NOT included, but can be found here if needed.
