This is the official OEM Replacement SS Heat Deflector for the Black Olive Pellet BBQ. This is an official Black Olive accessory, new in original packaging.

Part Description: This is the Stainless Steel Heat Deflector for the Black Olive Pellet Grill.

Applicable Models: Black Olive Pellet BBQ.

Purpose: The burn pot below generates the flames, and the Flame Diffuser and the Heat Deflector both distribute the heat for better, more even cooking. The diffuser and deflector can bring heat to all areas of the cooking surface, beyond where the burner flames reach.

Installation Tips: Remove the Cast Iron Cooking grill and the Grill Support. The Heat Deflector will then sit in the bottom of the Black Olive Pellet Grill on top of the Flame Diffuser.

The Black Olive is made by Sherwood Industries. Sherwood Industries also make the Enviro line of Pellet Stoves.
