**IMPORTANT NOTE – PLEASE READ **

1. This unit was installed in a new build but shortly after removed because it was discovered that the customer wants drywall on the wall – and this unit must have non-combustible materials (like stone or tile) on the finishing. This means that you must use non-combustible facing materials (no drywall) for the install.
2. It also had a tile lip kit already installed on its face to make finishing convenient for tile or stone.
