Part Description: Top baffle insulation replacement in the Enerzone 2.9 wood stove.  This replacement insulation blanket measures approximately 18-3/4″ X 13-1/2″ X 1″.

Applicable Models: SBI EnerZone Solution 2.9  wood stoves.  This part may fit in other SBI manufactured wood stoves as well.

Purpose: Top Baffle Blankets in wood burning appliances are designed to keep the heat inside the firebox to ensure a clean burn.  They also protect the top of the appliance from over heating.  They do need to be replaced on a regular basis.

Installation tips: Often to there is a trick in replacing top baffle blankets.  It will take some time and patience.  You will need to remove the secondary air tubes in order to access the top blanket area.  Also, some customers have replaced the baffle at the same time as replacing the top baffle blanket insulation.

Other Notes: One only – most appliances require two of these.  This official SBI part is for one only.
