This is an OEM Enviro Kodiak 1200 & 1700 Door Handle replacement that works with both the Enviro Kodiak wood stoves and wood inserts. This is a genuine replacement part from Enviro that ships new in original packaging, it is not an aftermarket copy.

Enviro Part Number: 50-2909 (Same as 502909)

Applicable Enviro Models:

• Enviro Kodiak 1200 Wood Stove
• Enviro Kodiak 1700 Wood Stove
• Enviro Kodiak 1200 Wood Insert
• Enviro Kodiak 1700 Wood Insert

Purpose: Provides access to the firebox and ensures a tight closing door.  If damaged, cracked or deteriorating in any way, it should be replaced.

Installation Tips:  Using an adjustable wrench, loosen the nut located on the inside of the firebox freeing the assembly.  Replace with the handle assembly ensuring the washers, handle and latch are in the right orientation.  Tighten the nut back on until snug.  Over tightening will cause the handle to be to stiff.
