This is the official OEM Hearthstone Baffle Kit that is found in the Hearthstone Tribute 8040 wood stove. This is a genuine replacement part from HearthStone that ships new in original packaging.  This is not an aftermarket part.

Part Description The top baffle on a wood stove gets installed above the secondary air tubes. A baffle is designed to deflect heat back into the firebox. This increases the amount of heat retained within the stove, resulting in an increased heat output and efficiency overall. If your baffle is cracked or warped, it should be replaced.
