Installation Notes: Although replacing embers in a fireplace can be done by a consumer, Friendly Fires highly recommends having a fireplace technician replace the embers in a fireplace.  In addition, always follow specific instructions in the installation manual on ember placement and quantity, as too much (or wrong location) of the embers could result in a fire hazard.
