These are OEM ICC Ultra Black Double Wall Stove Pipe Adapters.  These are new components that ship in original packaging. Each section of ICC Double Wall Stove Pipe comes with three ‘3’ black screws.

Part Description: 

• ICC Ultra Black double wall stove pipe adapters are sometimes required in order to fit double wall smoke pipe to the collar of a wood stove.  This is more common for cast iron wood stoves than steel wood stoves.  The adapters have one side that slides in between the air space of the double wall pipe, whereas the other side slides into the collar of the wood stove.
