Napoleon Apple Wood Chips

When using Apple Wood Chips, soak them for at least 30 minutes in water, apple juice, ale, wine or cider, chardonnay, pinot noir or even pineapple juice. Remember to keep the lid closed and only check the food when necessary to get the most out of the Apple Wood Chip smoke flavor.
How To Use Smoking Chips?
Gas grills: Soak chips in water and place chips in a cast iron or stainless steel chip holder. Put chip holder directly on BBQ sear plates or flavourizer bars. Start cooking when the chip pouch starts smoking. Remember – it’s the smoke that delivers the flavor! You won’t get that real smoke house flavor ’til the chips start to smoke.
Charcoal Grills: Soak chips in water and place directly on charcoal. If you require more smoke, consider using Smoking Chunks instead of chips.
