This is a genuine Napoleon Fireplaces replacement baffle kit.  This part ships new in original Napoleon packaging.

Part Description: Top Baffle for certain Napoleon wood burning fireplaces.  This Napoleon baffle kit includes the left AND right baffles.  The replacement Napoleon top baffles measure approximately 14-5/16″ x 12-1/8″ at the longest point and 10″ at the shortest.

Applicable Models: Napoleon NZ26 Wood Fireplace.

Purpose: Top baffles in wood burning appliances are designed to keep the heat inside the firebox to ensure a clean burn.  They also protect the top of the appliance from over heating.  If they are damaged, cracked or deteriorating in any way, they should be replaced.  If one has failed, it is best practice to replace both.

Installation tips: Often to there is a trick in replacing top baffles.  It will take some time and patience.
