This is an OEM replacement Napoleon Piezo Ignitor (Push Button) for Napoleon and Continental Fireplaces, Stoves and Inserts.  This Napoleon & Continental fireplace piezo igniter is brand new and ships in original packaging (never been used).  Sometimes these spark igniters lose their spark after a few years and need to be replaced.
