These are an OEM Napoleon Cooking Grills Set (of 2) that work with select Napoleon gas grills (see applicable models below). This is a genuine Napoleon replacement part that ships new in its original packaging, it is not an aftermarket copy.

Napoleon provides three ‘3’ different options for their 500 Series cooking grills (see below). There are two options for the 665 series(see below). The 665 series also has (1) small cooking grill – it can be found here.

Napoleon Part Numbers & Options:

• S83006: Cast Iron Cooking Grills (P500)
• S83011: 7mm Stainless Steel Rods (P500/P665/Ambiance)
• S83014: 9mm Stainless Steel Rods (PRO500 & PRO665)

These cooking grills are interchangeable – ie – they work on all 500 series cooking grills. Cast Iron provides a great sear, but they need to be oiled and will not last as long as stainless steel. The S83014 also works with the P665 and Pro 665 grills as well. 

Dimensions: Each grill measures 18″ L x 13 1/3″ W

How to Decide?

Cast iron is the cheapest and provides the best sear, but they will rust (if not oiled) and will deteriorate quicker than Stainless Steel. The Stainless Steel 7mm should last forever and don’t rust, but the 9mm provide as good a sear as possible on stainless and make for a really nice upgrade.
