These are replacement glowing embers for several models of Napoleon Gas Stoves and Gas Fireplaces. These Napoleon embers ship new in their original packaging (they are not an aftermarket equivalent).  These are genuine Napoleon glowing fireplace embers.

Part Description: Glowing Embers help create the look of smoldering wood embers and are designed for use with natural gas and propane fireplaces, stoves, and inserts.  Although they generally last indefinitely, they can lose their brilliance after several years. At this point, it is best to replace them.
