This is a genuine Napoleon Fireplaces replacement top fireplace baffle kit.  This NZ3000 baffle ships new in original Napoleon packaging (its not an after-market copy).

Napoleon Part Number: W010-3559 (replaces old part number W018-0116)

Part Description: Top Baffle for certain Napoleon wood burning fireplaces.  This Napoleon baffle kit includes the left AND right baffles (ie – the kit includes two ‘2’ baffles).

Applicable Models: Napoleon NZ3000 Wood Fireplace.

Purpose: Top baffles in wood burning appliances are designed to keep the heat inside the firebox to ensure a clean burn.  They also protect the top of the appliance from over heating.  If they are damaged, cracked or deteriorating in any way, they should be replaced.  If one has failed, it is best practice to replace both.

Installation tips: Often to there is a trick in replacing top baffles.  It will take some time and patience.

Other Notes: Comes as a package of two.

Important: Often times, customers will replace the Baffle Blanket at the same time.
