This is an OEM set of Napoleon stainless steel sear plates that are found in the Napoleon 405 Ultra Chef series of BBQs.  This is a genuine Napoleon replacement part that will ship new in its original packaging, it is not an aftermarket copy.

Napoleon Part Number: 77405 (replaces old part number N305-0041)

Napoleon Sear Plate Dimensions: 13 1/2″ x 13 5/8″ each.  This kit includes ‘2’ sear plates for a complete kit.

Part Description: One set of 2 stainless steel sear plates for Napoleon Ultra Chef 405RB and Ultra Chef 405 series BBQ grills.   The purpose of these bars is to evenly distribute heat within the grill. They will wear out over time and need to be replaced. These fit in between the burners and the cooking gills, and prevent grease from hitting the burners (less cleaning, more BBQ flavour, less flare ups).
