Product Description

This is a gas insert vent system for natural vent (B Vent) fireplace inserts and some gas stoves.  Natural vent inserts only have a single 4″ exhaust (whereas direct vent inserts have 2 x 3″ vents – one for air intake and one for exhaust).  This is a certified venting system that ships new in original packaging.  This is a genuine certified UL/ULC/CSA certified direct vent system.  This is not an after-market copy.

Product Includes

• One 35 foot aluminum liner (4″ diameter) – can be easily cut to size
• Top chimney flashing
• Rain cap
• Top support

These are all the components you will require to vent a natural vent gas fireplace insert.  If you are venting a natural BVent gas stove, you will also want some single wall black pipe to hide the liner.

Purpose: The liner system connects to the gas insert or freestanding gas stove in order to vent the exhaust outside.

Installation Tips: The liners come compressed and they need to be stretched out.  It is important that you start in the middle of the liner and work your way to the end, pulling them out gradually.  If you do it too quickly, the liner will not expand properly and you will be short.  The liners will be too long – simply cut off the excess.
