This is an OEM Nectre Baker’s 550 Oven Baffle Plate replacement. These baffle will ship new in the original packaging, it is not an aftermarket equivalent.

Part Description: A baffle helps deflect heat back into the firebox, ensuring a cleaning burn and more efficient heat output.  Baffles should be inspected annually and replaced if needed. The baffle in the N550 Big Bakers Oven measures 10″ x 12 ¾” x 6.
