This is a replacement baffle gasket for Pacific Energy Summit Series wood stoves – Newer Models. This is a price for a single Baffle Gasket. Please check your manual to ensure that this is the correct baffle gasket. This is a new replacement part from Pacific Energy and it ships new in original packaging (if any).

Purpose
The gasket ensures that the combustion air is directed to the secondary combustion area. If the gasket is not there or damaged, air will leak between the baffle and the air tube and it could cause warpage of the baffle, top of the stove and other components in the appliance.
Installation Tips
You will need to remove the baffle (typically lift one side up to remove it from the air intake). Then remove the old baffle gasket and install the new baffle gasket. Be careful when putting the baffle back down on the baffle gasket – sometimes you can shift the baffle and tear the new gasket.
Other Notes
These gaskets are relatively inexpensive, we recommend that you purchase two or more baffle gaskets at a time. It is always a best practice to have a spare one on hand. Item is highlighted in yellow in product image.
Due to the design it is very common for these gaskets to tear in one of the corner while handling or installing. This does not affect the performance at all and it will still be usable. Please note this before making your purchase. (see image below)
