This is an official genuine Pacific Energy replacement part. The ceramic board sits above the baffle. This parts fits specific PE Summit fireboxes manufactured after 2018 (please see below).

Part Description: Pacific Energy Summit Series Ceramic Board
Applicable Models:
- Summit & Summit Classic from serial number 440,000 to present, please check your manual for the correct part number (it changed around 2012 – 2013)
- Summit Insert – from serial number 14,501 to present, please check your manual for the correct part number (it changed around 2012- 2013)
- Alderlea T6 – from serial number 440,001 to present, please check your manual for the correct part number (it changed around 2012 – 2013)
Please check the part number in your manual (not simply the most current manual on the Pacific Energy website).
Purpose: The baffle board is designed to optimize the fire in the firebox and keep the hot gas in the fire.
Other Notes: Make sure you put in the baffle pin once everything is in place. If the pin does not go in, there maybe something not lined up correctly. Also, if your baffle and baffle gasket are not looking in great shape, consider replacing all parts in one convenience kit.
