This is a new (replacement) fan blower motor kit for many Kingsman and Marquis gas and propane fireplaces.  This is a brand new blower kit (never been used).  This blower kit includes the blower, fan control automatic sensor disk, etc.  Everything you need to to install a new or replace an existing blower.  You can order the genuine fan from Kingsman Marquis or a very high quality after-market equivalent (same blower motor, cheaper price).
