This is the OEM Rais Firebox Vermiculite Liner Set for the Rais Viva 100L wood stove. This is a genuine Rais wood stove replacement part that ships new in its original packaging, it is not an aftermarket copy.

Please Note: This is only sold as a complete set – individual vermiculite bricks cannot be purchased.

This kit does not include the Upper Baffle

Purpose

Liners, also often referred to as Fire Bricks are used to insulate the fire chamber from the stove body in order to maximize combustion efficiency. Liners have the appearance of a low grade wood like MDF, but are actually made from Vermiculite.

Installation tips  

Make sure that you clean all the ashes out of the firebox.  Use a vacuum (a shop vac with a drywall filter is best) to clean all the ashes out.  You may also wish to replace the Upper Baffle when replacing the liner set
