This is an OEM Regency Adjustable Tension Latch that is compatible with several Regency gas fireplaces (see applicable models below). This is a genuine Regency replacement part that will ship new in its original packaging, it is not an aftermarket copy.

Part Description: This tool is used to loosen the tension on the fireplace door which will allow it to be removed without issue.
