This is an OEM Regency Brick Kit (180-960) that is found in select Regency wood inserts (see applicable models below). This is a genuine Regency replacement part that ships new in its original packaging, it is not an aftermarket copy.

Part Description: This kit includes all the replacement bricks for certain Regency/Hampton Wood Inserts.  This replacement firebrick kit does NOT include the top baffle.  This kit consists of 16 regular bricks and two firebricks cut to a smaller size. One is 9″ x 1 1/4″ x 1 7/8″ the other one is 4 1/2″ x 1 1/4″ x 1 7/8″.

• Regency HI2450 Hampton Wood Insert
• Regency HI300 Hampton Wood Insert
• Regency I2400 Wood Insert
• Regency I2450 Wood Insert
• Regency I2500 Wood Insert

Purpose: Fireplace bricks protect the wood stove and wood insert from warping.  Its very important that fire bricks are installed in the appliance prior to burning.  A crack in a brick is fine, but if pieces are missing they should be replaced.

Shipping

This kit is VERY heavy.  Its normal (expected) that some bricks WILL arrive cracked.  There is nothing that can be done unfortunately to prevent this.  Please do not order this kit online if you are not prepared to deal with some cracked firebricks.  In order to assist, we do send extra bricks – but the customer may need to cut these depending on what arrives.  Once again, cracks in firebricks are safe.  Also, due to its weight, this (and other) firebrick kits do not qualify for any discounted freight program for online purchases.
