This is an OEM Renaissance ICC chimney venting part. This rain cap mesh screen is for Renaissance Rumford R1000, Rumford R1500 and Rumford RL50 wood fireplaces that use ICC 10″ & 12″ insulated wood chimney systems.  This replacement part is new in original ICC packaging and is a genuine Renaissance Fireplaces replacement part.

ICC Part Number: RM-12RRCFS (same as RM-10RRCFS)

Part Description: This is a genuine ICC Renaissance rain cap screen.  These aren’t required but are used to keep small animals, such as bird and squirrels, from getting into your chimney pipe and nesting which would severely impact the draft of your unit.
