This is an official Renaissance Fireplaces Replacement part. This replacement brick baffle refractory fits in the throat of the Renaissance Rumford 1500 series of wood fireplaces.  This replacement part is new in original packaging and comes direct from Renaissance Fireplaces.

Part Description: Renaissance Retrofit Refractory Throat Brick.  This replacement top baffle fits the Rumford 1500’s that have the vermiculite and the running bond bricks.

Purpose: The firebricks are designed to protect the fireplace from warping.  They also keep the heat in the fire to ensure a cleaner burn.

2. SHIPPING: This refractory can easily get damaged during shipping.  The only way to avoid any cracks is to pick up the bricks in one of our locations.
