This is a genuine replacement door gasket kit for several models of RSF wood burning fireplaces.  This kit ships new in its original packaging, it is not an aftermarket equivalent.  This is a newer door gasket rope sealer kit produced by RSF Fireplaces in 2022 to replace and amalgamate many of their older model gasket kits into one.

Description:

• 5/8″ x 90″ long
• Includes high temperature gasket glue
• This door gasket only comes in one size for all the models listed below. For some models, there will be excess gasket that you will need to cut off in order for it to fit.

• RSF Focus / Focus 3600 (Replaces part number FO-GRK5)
• RSF Focus SBR (Replaces part number FO-FDGRK1)
• RSF Oracle (Replaces part number FO-FDGRK3)
• RSF Pearl / Pearl 3600 (Replaces part number FO-GRK9)
• RSF Onyx / Onyx 2 (replaces part number FO-FDGRK1)

Purpose

The gasket door sealer is a barrier between the doors and the face of the fireplace.  When the gasket starts to wear out, the unit will leak air and cause the fireplace to over fire which may lead to damage.

Installation Tips

Please ensure that you remove all debris from the channel.  Often we will use a wire brush to make sure all the debris is removed.

Note: Wood stove and fireplace door gaskets are also commonly referred to as “Door Sealers” (Asbestos style rope that goes around the door channel).
