This is an official OEM RSF and RSF Energy Replacement part. This replacement refractory brick kit is a new RSF factory kit.  This is the bricks only, it does not include the baffle.

Part Description: RSF Onyx full refractory brick kit – this does not include the top baffle. Includes:

• Front Right Brick: 11.4.N
• Front Left Brick: 11.5.N
• Bottom Brick: 11.7.N
• Left Side Brick: 11.2.N
• Right Side Brick: 11.1.N
• Back Brick Brick: 11.3.N (x2)
• Bottom Plug: 99.11.9.N

Check the part number, it may work in other RSF wood burning fireplaces.

Purpose: The firebricks are designed to protect the fireplace from warping.  They also keep the heat in the fire to ensure a cleaner burn.

Installation tips:  Make sure that you clean all the ashes out of the firebox.  Use a vacuum (a shop vac with a drywall filter is best) to clean all the ashes out.
