This is an OEM Valor Ceiling Panel, colored in Matte Porcelain Black, that works with select Valor gas fireplaces and inserts (see applicable models below). This is a genuine Valor replacement part that ships new in it’s original packaging, it is not an after-market equivalent.  Valor Fireplaces are manufactured by Miles Industries.

Product Description: This is a genuine replacement ceiling panel that works with select heaters and inserts. It is painted a matte porcelain black.
