Part Description: This is a genuine replacement propane (LP) pilot orifice that is found in select Vermont Castings gas stoves. In a gas fireplace, the pilot orifice regulates the precise amount of gas that flows to the pilot light, allowing it to ignite and maintain a small, continuous flame. This small flame then acts as an ignition source for the main burners, ensuring the fireplace’s overall heating function
