Description: This is a set of 8 individual stainless steel flavorizer bars. Each bar measures 1.3″H x 1.8″W x 18.1″D each. Flavourizer bars (also referred to as sear plates) help create a high-heat zone for searing, creating flavorful, caramelized crusts on food, while also protecting burners and distributing heat evenly. They will wear out over time and need to be replaced.
