Part Description: This is a genuine replacement Whitfield auger end plate (also referred to as an retention plate) that includes the bushing and is found in the Whitfield Quest series pellet stoves. In a pellet stove, the auger end plate seals the end of the auger screw, which is a motorized device that moves pellets from the hopper to the burn pot. It helps prevent pellets from spilling out and ensures that the pellets are properly conveyed through the auger tube. Additionally, some auger end plates may include bearings or other components that contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the auger.
