Purpose: When the exhaust of the pellet stove cools down below 140 degrees F., this sensor will shut down all the working components of the pellet stove.
Installation tips: Take a picture of your existing sensor located on the combustion blower housing of your pellet stove. Although, there are only 2 screws to remove the old sensor, you need to make sure you have attached the proper wires in the proper location.
Other Notes: A common symptom that this sensor has failed, is that, the stove will run for 10 to 15 minutes and then shuts down. If the sensor is clean of debris, and the stove reacts the same way, it maybe time to replace it.
