This is an OEM Whitfield Pressure / Vacuum Switch that is found in select Whitfield Advantage and Quest series pellet stoves (see applicable models below). This is a genuine Whitfield replacement part that will ship new in its original packaging, it is not an aftermarket copy.

Part Description: This is a genuine replacement pressure (also referred to as a vacuum switch) switch that is found in select Whitfield Advantage and Quest series pellet stoves. This switch does include the rivets for installation / mounting. In a pellet stove, the pressure switch is a crucial safety device that monitors the draft (air flow) through the stove’s vent system. It prevents over-firing by shutting off the feed motor and igniter if the venting system becomes blocked or if the firebox isn’t properly drawing air.

Installation Tips: Make sure the stove or insert is unplugged from its power source.  Take a picture of the wires attached to the Pressure Vacuum Switch to make sure you put the wires back on the proper places.
