This is the official OEM replacement part.  Whitfield End Plate or sometimes called the Auger Retention Plat is for the Quest pellet stoves and inserts.  This is a genuine replacement part from Whitfield that ships new in original packaging.

Part Description: The end plate / auger retention plate.  It includes the bushing as seen in the pictures

Applicable Models:

• • Quest Pellet Stove (WP4)
  • Quest Insert

This does not work in the Quest Plus Pellet Stove or Insert

Purpose: It ensures that the auger shaft is centered and turning properly

Installation tips: Make sure the stove or insert is unplugged from its power source.  Make sure that all the pellets have been removed from the hopper.  First remove the auger motor from the stove/insert.  There are 4 bolts that you will remove and the plate and the auger shaft (and all the pellets in the hopper) will come out.  You may have to maneuver the auger shaft to ensure that it comes out.  Then do the reverse to put it back in
