We are very sorry, but due to the high volume of Service requests, we are not able to provide service to NEW customers at this time. We anticipate this changing in the new year. We will continue to provide the service and maintenance to our existing customers.

At Friendly Fires, our relationship with our customers does not end after an installation. We offer a wide-range of services from annual cleaning to repair to ensure you get the most out of your Friendly Fires product.

Please note: In order to serve our customers in a timely manner during our busy season we are not able to service the following:

  • Wood, Gas, or Pellet appliances not sold by Friendly Fires
  • BBQs not sold by Friendly Fires
  • Electric fireplaces
  • Run gas lines for items not sold by Friendly Fires
  • Install any appliance not sold by Friendly Fires
  • WETT inspections on equipment not installed by Friendly Fires

Product Installation

Friendly Fires uses licensed employees to install products that we sell.

Annual Cleaning

Regular maintenance on your stove, fireplace or alternative energy appliance is essential.

BBQ Gas Lines

With one of the largest team of licensed gas fitters in the area, Friendly Fires technicians can run any gas or propane line you may require.

WETT Inspections

A WETT inspection is a visual inspection of a wood-burning appliance to help ensure the appliance is safe and complies to the current building code requirements (BC365).

Friendly Fires uses full-time licensed technicians for our service and installations.  Friendly Fires “services what we sell” from all four of our showrooms and service area locations.
