Lorraine Archer Soubliere was born and raised in Peterborough, Ontario. She graduated from University in Ottawa with a Psychology degree (which she uses daily at Friendly Fires) and managed a small accounting firm in Ottawa for over 8 years. She is passionate about reading and writing and has been published in over 21 publications. When she’s not competing in Scrabble tournaments, she plays soccer and Ultimate frisbee year round. She is happily married to the best-looking, funniest, smartest and most muscular BBQ & Fireplace owner in the world, and proud mother of 2 amazing kids (Noah and Sequoia). Harriet the hedgehog is the most recent addition to her family.
